Sabrina D’Amour

2018 iREx Summer Intern and B.Sc. student, Bishop’s University
Sabrina D’Amour is a first year student in Physics and Astronomy (Honours) and Mathematics (Major) at Bishop’s University. This summer, she will work with iREx under the supervision of Jason Rowe.
Together with the Canadien Space Agency, her project involves the NEOSSat satellite (Near-Earth Object Surveillance) and consists of collecting data on exoplanets. She will plan the transit of exoplanets and extract information gathered by the satellite. She will try to improve the program that clears raw scientific images and ensure exchanges with the Canadian Space Agency to use NEOSSat.
